- Pause and build that exact part in Dreamweaver.
- Save and preview in your browser.
- Fix anything that looks wrong before moving on.
Tips & things to consider
- Make buttons the same size so your nav looks professional.
- Use a hover effect in CSS later instead of making lots of button images.
- Check contrast: text must be readable.
Common mistakes
- Forgetting to define your site in Dreamweaver (links/images break).
- Using spaces or random names for files (hard to link later).
- Working in Live View and getting confused when edits don’t behave as expected.
Check your work
